Online worldwide

Sessions are also available via Microsoft Teams for anyone unable to attend in person. Many clients mix and match in-person and online sessions depending on their week.

I work primarily with clients in the UK, as well as Portuguese, Spanish and English-speaking clients worldwide.

Practice hours

  • Tuesdays: 3pm – 8pm
  • Wednesdays: 2pm – 8pm
  • Saturdays: 9am – 5pm

Other times can be arranged for clients in different time zones.

Please note that the final session of the day begins one hour before closing.

When I'm at full capacity

If I'm fully booked, I can still arrange an assessment, which already includes some initial therapeutic work. Depending on what comes out of that assessment, a few things might happen: we may need to wait until a slot becomes available; if urgent support is needed, I can recommend a trusted colleague with strong expertise in your particular concern; the assessment alone may provide enough clarity that ongoing therapy isn't necessary; or we may agree that we're not the right fit for each other for ongoing work.

Whatever the outcome, you'll leave the assessment with a clearer sense of your next step.

Cancellations & payment

I require 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment; otherwise, the session fee remains payable.

I accept payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

A few common questions

Do I need to have a specific problem to start therapy?

Not necessarily. Some clients come with a clear issue they want to work on, whether that's a sexual difficulty or a recurring conflict as a couple. Others simply feel that something isn't quite right in their relationship or intimate life and want the space to understand it better. Either is a good enough reason to begin.

Is everything I say confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is central to how I work, and it's set out clearly at the start of our work together, along with the rare exceptions required by law (for example, where there's a risk of serious harm).

Can my partner and I have separate therapists and still come to couples sessions together?

Yes, that's entirely possible, and it's worth mentioning if you're already seeing your own individual therapist.

What if I'm not sure whether I need sex therapy or couples therapy?

That's completely normal, and it's exactly what the initial assessment is for. We'll talk through what's going on for you, and I'll help you decide on the best way forward, whether that's individual psychosexual therapy, couples therapy, or a combination of both over time.

I live outside London — can I still work with you?

Yes. Online sessions via Microsoft Teams mean I can work with clients across the UK and internationally, including Portuguese, Spanish and English-speaking clients.
